Job Overview
The Application Support SME role is a full-time, mid-level position based in Guwahati. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field. The role focuses on managing and supporting Applications, Unix systems, and delivering solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications And Skills

• Expertise in application support, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and swiftly.

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Mandatory skill) to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of high-traffic services.
• Strong knowledge of Unix (Mandatory skill), capable of executing commands, scripting, and maintaining system integrity.
• Proficiency in system monitoring, possessing the skills to both implement and manage monitoring tools to prevent downtime.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, contributing to scalable and agile application deployments.
• Shell scripting experience to automate recurring tasks and to enhance system functionality with personalized scripts.
• Understanding of Kubernetes for managing containerized applications and efficiently handling workload distribution.
• Exposure to cloud environments, with an ability to adapt and manage applications on public and private cloud platforms.
