Responsibilities

• Should have experience in Product Roadmap/Feature Prioritization, Product Enhancements, Cost
  

Optimization, Marketing, Analytics & Project Management
Shall be responsible for delivering products and solutions in the Enterprise Finance domain ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
Lead solution design efforts, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely delivery of developments and quality solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals working on product development, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Design and deliver solutions for analytics, leveraging data to provide actionable financial insights.
Shall keep track of key developments taking place both in the finance and technology domain.
Engage in stakeholder management, effectively communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications And Skills
Chartered / Cost Accountant / MBA Finance with relevant experience.
6+ years experience in handling a ERP System or Enterprise Finance Platform
Strong understanding of Enterprise Finance processes and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP / Financial Systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop team members.
