Partnership & Technical Sales Manager

About the Role:
JioTesseract is seeking a Partnership & Technical Sales Manager to lead the technical engagement and solutioning efforts with partners for our next-gen immersive products like JioFrames and JioGlass.
This role is ideal for someone who combines business development acumen with strong technical pre-sales expertise, and has experience working with AI, XR, smart devices, or IoT platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with CXOs and product/engineering teams alike, and can drive partner enablement, technical adoption, and go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales & Solutioning:
- Engage with potential partners to understand their business needs and craft tailored solutions using JioFrames and JioGlass
- Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution workshops
- Support partners through pre-sales cycles, ensuring alignment with product capabilities and roadmaps
- Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to translate partner needs into product enhancements or integrations
Partnership Enablement:
- Identify and onboard technology-focused partners across sectors like ed-tech, healthcare, retail, fitness, and enterprise solutions
- Design and execute partner onboarding journeys, including training, certification, and use-case toolkits
- Collaborate on joint GTMs, ensuring partners are technically and commercially enabled for success
- Own technical relationship management with key strategic partners
GTM Support & Feedback Loops:
- Act as the technical face of JioTesseract in partner meetings and industry demos
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop partner-facing content, pitch decks, and solution briefs
- Capture and relay partner insights and technical feedback to the product teams to influence roadmap decisions

- 57 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting, ideally in AI, XR, smart devices, or enterprise tech
- Strong presentation and demo skills able to explain complex tech in simple business terms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, BD, marketing) to deliver partner success
- Excellent grasp of solution selling, partner onboarding, and scalable tech integrations
- Data-driven mindset: comfort with KPIs, conversion funnels, PoC success metrics
