Role Description The Business Sales Executive (MUMBAI BASED ONLY) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting Jivial Railings product portfolio to drive sales growth. Daily activities include visiting customers and project sites, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The Business Sales Executive will manage ongoing accounts, follow up on leads, maintain accurate sales records, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery. The role also includes providing after-sales support, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies to increase market presence.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, build pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting products, negotiating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand construction, interior, or building materials markets; experience in railings or related products is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for managing sales activities and reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in an on-site field-oriented environment.
• Valid ability to travel locally within Rajkot and surrounding areas for client visits and site meetings.
• Preferred educational background: diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
