Job Description
- As an HR Operations Executive at our company located in Noida, Sector 62, you will play a crucial role in supporting and managing day-to-day HR activities. With 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, you will be responsible for overseeing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth HR operations, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and programs. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently manage HR tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes, maintaining and updating employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating employee performance reviews, training, and development programs, providing support for HR-related queries, and resolving employee concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation for HR audits and compliance.
To excel in this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
