Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive Technical, located in Pune. The Facility Executive Technical will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of building systems and equipment. Duties include overseeing facility management activities, performing maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with service providers and managing maintenance schedules to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment.
Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Ability to work onsite full-time
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
