Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication channels. Daily tasks will include addressing client needs, providing strategic advice, coordinating with different departments to meet client requirements, and identifying opportunities for clients growth and success. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will oversee the preparation and presentation of regular performance reports.
