Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will support the development and implementation of effective internal controls across JLL's operations.

What you will do: You'll work closely with different departments to assess risk, design controls, and ensure compliance.

Key responsibility:

• Assessing risks and identifying control gaps.
• Designing and implementing internal controls.
• Testing the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Developing and delivering training on internal controls.
• 
  Monitoring the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Documenting internal control processes.
• Collaborating with management to improve internal control processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in internal controls or related field.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
