Real Estate Due Diligence Analyst

What role you will play in team: Support senior analysts in conducting due diligence on real estate transactions.

What you will do: Analyze property data, conduct site visits and prepare due diligence reports.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze property data including financial statements, leases, and environmental reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections of properties.
• Prepare due diligence reports and presentations.
• 
  Identify and assess risks associated with real estate investments.
• Collaborate with other members of the due diligence team.
• Work with various stakeholders including clients and other third-party vendors.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate due diligence or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
