Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Analyst

What role you will play in team: Analyze REITs and other real estate investment vehicles. Support investment decision making through in-depth financial analysis.

What you will do: Evaluate REIT performance, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting in-depth financial analysis of REITs.
• Preparing detailed investment reports and presentations.
• Developing financial models to forecast REIT performance.

  Conducting due diligence on potential REIT investments.
• Monitoring the performance of existing REIT investments.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate finance or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of REIT structures and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
