Team Lead – Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:-

• Analyzing cash/amount received in the bank deposits and made the application against the tenant accounts 
• Analyze and Research the history of tenant ledgers against the over/short payments.
• Performing quality check to ensure all the deposits are correctly applied against each tenant accounts
• Query handling – working upon all queries received and keeping a close tab on any pending queries that could be resolved and following up on rest

• Contacts Accountants and Property teams whenever is necessary to determine proper payment application
• Research and analyze the duplicate and erroneous payments
• Participate in special department projects/initiatives as directed
• Archiving, records retention and audit support
• Escalate unresolved issues/concerns
• Working on different process related and ad-hoc reports

• Support cross functional processes as and when required
• Keeping all the process related documents (SOPs, Process Maps, Process Trackers) intact on real time basis
• Oversee the preparation of periodic reports and reconciliations required including KPIs for the AR team
• Effectively manage and direct the daily activities of the associates and guide performance.

Qualifications:- Commerce graduate or Post Graduate is preferred with Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Order to Cash.
