Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads via research, online tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our Job Portal.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and handle objections.
  • Develop strong client rapport and maintain communication records.
  • Learn and apply negotiation skills to secure client interest.
  • Gain pre-sales and post-sales exposure.
Requirements
  • Pursuing/completed Bachelor&aposs in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Good negotiation skills or aptitude to learn.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
