Job Description
- As a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff and operations in a Full-Time role based in Bhubaneswar. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring food safety and quality control standards are met, planning menus, monitoring inventory levels, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, you will be required to train and supervise kitchen team members.
You should have a strong background in Food Safety, Menu Planning, Team Management, Inventory Management, Kitchen Operations, Quality Control, Communication Skills, and Problem Solving to excel in this role.
