Overview

We are looking for a 3D Generalist skilled in animation, 3D designs like Blender, Cinema 4D and video tools. You'll create stunning animations and interfaces that bring our advanced battery tech to life while ensuring a seamless user experience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and produce high quality 3D animations and models using Blender, delivering impactful visual content for marketing, product presentations, and branding initiatives. Content Creation End to End basis; from modelling to Editing.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute visual assets, including product renderings, motion graphics, and presentations, ensuring alignment with project goals and branding standards.
3. 
   Lead the creation of motion graphics and video content, handling the full production cycle from concept to final output, utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Create interactive visuals and animations to elevate user experiences, integrating 3D models and motion elements into marketing campaigns and digital content.
5. Utilize advanced tools such as Cinema 4D or AI video tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of motion graphics and animation projects.
6. Continuously improve design workflows by adopting new 3D modeling and animation techniques, while staying informed on emerging technologies and trends to maintain innovation in visual design.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Animation, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in 3D animation, modeling, and visual design, preferably in tech, media, or marketing sectors.

3. Knowledge of AI video tools or automation technologies is highly advantageous for streamlining design and animation workflows is a must.
4. Proficiency in Blender for 3D animation and modeling is mandatory.
5. Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, with a solid understanding of motion graphics creation.
6. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to support design, animation, and video projects.
7. Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other advanced 3D animation tools is a plus.
8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross functional teams and translate project requirements into high quality visual assets.
9. Strong understanding of design trends and the ability to apply creative problem solving to meet project goals and deadlines.
