POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled, growth hungry, and sufficiently experienced (max 2-3 years) Analyst / Associate Manager to join our dynamic organization. The person will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and tracking multiple operational and strategic initiatives across the Macalvins Group of companies, along with the VP Group Operations and the Group CEO. He/she will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals. This role requires a deep thinker who is adept at defining metrics, tracking program performance, understanding business dynamics, and effectively prioritizing initiatives. Consider this as a 0 to 1 opportunity (within a profitable, successfully running organization) wherein you will create strategic business plans and work on several transformational initiatives from time to time, offering immense opportunities to grow and make a career in Strategy.
KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
- Drive preparation of strategic plan & annual operating plan for the organization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and drive alignment on priorities.
- Build analytical solutions and assist the senior leadership in formulating short term and long term corporate strategies.
- Support the development and execution of business plans, including market analysis, competitive assessments, and financial modelling.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision making.

Finance / Management Graduates with min 2 years of relevant work experience
Must Have
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization
Good To Have
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with a solid understanding of business fundamentals
- Exposure to working on cross functional strategic initiatives
