AR GAAP (Senior Associate)

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of customer billing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of receivables, supports cash flow objectives, and maintains strong customer relationships. The AR Specialist works cross-functionally with sales, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

What you'll be doing:

1. Independently prepare invoices, verify pricing/taxes/terms.
2. Manage cash applications and resolve unapplied cash issues.
3. Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers for timely payments.
4. Investigate and resolve customer disputes or short pays.
5. 
   Perform advanced reconciliations and support audits.
6. Provide reporting and dashboards for AR status.
7. Direct interaction with US clients/customers for issue resolution and reporting.
8. Mentor junior associates; review their work for accuracy.
9. Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies.

   Get Hired
   Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
2. 2 to 5 years of experience.
3. Strong knowledge of AR processes and GAAP principles.
4. Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and Excel.
5. Excellent communication, client-facing confidence, and polished presentation skills.
