Associate Product Manager - Fintech Solutions

What role will you play in the team:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be integral to the product development lifecycle, supporting senior product managers in defining and executing the product vision. You will gather requirements, conduct market research, and assist in the creation of product roadmaps to drive the success of our fintech solutions.

What you will do:

You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features and products. You will also analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction within our fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Write detailed product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop product launch plans and promotional materials.
• 
  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the fintech space.
• Manage and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Support the product team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of product analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the fintech industry.
