What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our high-volume campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives across major academic institutions and regional centers. Your primary objective will be to attract, evaluate, and onboard top-tier entry-level talent efficiently while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment funnel.

What you will do

You will collaborate closely with university placement cells, department heads, and internal hiring managers to forecast entry-level hiring needs. You will design and execute structured campus drives, manage high-volume candidate screening, coordinate aptitude tests and interviews, and oversee the rollout of competitive offers to successful candidates.

Key responsibility

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across engineering, management, and arts institutions in targeted cities.
• Design, manage, and optimize high-volume bulk hiring campaigns utilizing specialized applicant tracking systems and recruitment portals.
• Perform rigorous resume screening and initial candidate filtering based on predefined academic and technical criteria.
• Coordinate seamless interview schedules, technical rounds, and panel evaluations across multiple concurrent interview tracks.
• 
  Manage candidate relationship management pipelines, ensuring timely communication, engagement, and employer branding promotion.
• Facilitate offer management processes, including salary negotiation support, offer letter rollouts, and document verification.
• Collate and analyze recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and campus drive conversion funnels to improve future hiring efficiency.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in campus recruitment, bulk hiring, or human resources operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate screening, interview coordination, and talent sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and digital recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
