What role will you play in the team
As a Corporate Strategy and Business Operations Specialist, you will act as a core engine room driver for corporate strategic initiatives, steering operational excellence, performance metrics tracking, and cross-functional strategic deployment to maximize enterprise valuation and efficiency.
What you will do
You will spearhead operational audits, implement enterprise resource planning enhancements, analyze complex market trends using sophisticated research tools, track strategic key performance indicators, and formulate data-backed operational blueprints to support executive decision-making.
Key responsibility
- Formulate and execute comprehensive strategic business plans aligned with overarching corporate objectives and market realities.
- Evaluate existing enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for operational efficiency.
- Conduct exhaustive market research using industry databases, Nielsen reports, and competitive intelligence tools to spot expansion opportunities.
- Build interactive executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to monitor real-time strategic project metrics and financial health.
- Drive process re-engineering initiatives across business units using advanced process mapping, Visio, and structured root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with project management teams via Asana and Jira to streamline task allocation, accountability, and project execution velocity.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Post-graduate degree in Management, Finance, Operations Research, or a rigorous analytical field from a premier institution.
- Hands-on expertise with ERP Systems, SAP, Oracle, and enterprise CRM software including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Data Analysis, Tableau, Power BI, and complex Financial Modeling in Excel.
- Proven ability in Market Research Tools, qualitative research via Qualtrics, and consumer behavior analysis through Nielsen datasets.
- Deep understanding of process mapping frameworks using Visio, Lucidchart, and operational workflow optimization.
- Exceptional organizational acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset tailored for fast-paced strategic environments.
