What you will do

You will also collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to integrate ERP systems, drive strategic planning sessions, and monitor project milestones via Jira to ensure seamless execution of large-scale management consulting assignments.

Key responsibility

• Architect, customize, and manage enterprise CRM software ecosystems including Salesforce and HubSpot to optimize sales funnels and client retention strategies.
• Execute comprehensive market research and consumer behavior analysis leveraging specialized survey platforms such as Qualtrics and advanced industry databases like Nielsen.
• Formulate and execute process re-engineering blueprints using Visio and Lucidchart to eliminate operational redundancies and maximize resource efficiency.
• Conduct deep financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations using Excel and specialized financial modeling tools to validate strategic corporate initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and audit enterprise resource planning modules across SAP and Oracle environments.
• Monitor consulting project life cycles, resource allocation, and task deliverables meticulously using Jira and Asana workflow management tools.

• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative datasets into executive-level strategic advisory reports, presentations, and boardroom deliverables.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Hold a professional degree in Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Operations Research, or an equivalent corporate strategy discipline.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of proven progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business process optimization roles.
• Demonstrate advanced administrative and deployment expertise in CRM platforms specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
