Data Science Lead - Marketing Analytics

What role will you play in the team:

As a Data Science Lead for Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists in developing and implementing advanced analytical solutions to drive marketing effectiveness and improve customer engagement. You will be a key driver of data-driven decision-making within the marketing organization.

What you will do:

You will lead the development and deployment of marketing analytics models, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, and marketing attribution. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, managing resources, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of analytical results. Also, ensure project delivery within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists in developing and implementing marketing analytics solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing stakeholders.
• Manage resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain marketing analytics models, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, and marketing attribution.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
• Communicate analytical findings to marketing stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in marketing analytics and data science.

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of analytical results.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists to develop their skills and expertise.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science and marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques, such as regression, classification, and clustering.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of data scientists.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
