Digital Marketing Specialist - Entry Level

What role will you play in the team: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be pivotal in executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. You'll work closely with senior team members to implement campaigns across various digital channels and analyze their performance. Your role ensures our online presence aligns with marketing goals.

What you will do: You'll be involved in creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and optimizing websites for search engines. You will also assist in email marketing campaigns, analyze data to refine strategies, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends. You will also do some paid marketing in Facebook and Google.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Assist in email marketing campaign creation, execution, and analysis using Mailchimp.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
• Support the digital marketing team in various administrative tasks.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
