What role will you play in the team

You will act as a core management consulting specialist focusing on enterprise resource planning systems and SAP implementation strategies. Your role centers on bridging the gap between business management objectives and technical ERP functionalities to optimize organizational structures, supply chain flows, and financial reporting dashboards for enterprise-level clients.

What you will do

You will evaluate existing enterprise system architectures, gather business requirements, and design customized SAP and Oracle deployment strategies. You will work closely with technical implementation teams and corporate executives to ensure that enterprise resource planning transformations adhere to strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and strategic business goals.

Key responsibility

• Conduct rigorous business requirement gathering sessions and translate enterprise needs into comprehensive functional specifications for SAP and Oracle modules.
• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles, coordinating closely with cross-functional development and management teams using Jira and Asana.
• Perform detailed data analysis and system audits to identify integration gaps, data migration risks, and optimization opportunities within legacy enterprise systems.
• Develop robust project management schedules, risk mitigation plans, and milestone tracking dashboards for high-stakes enterprise transformations.
  
• Design and deliver comprehensive training modules and documentation for client stakeholders to ensure seamless post-implementation system adoption.
• Collaborate with financial and operational leadership to align ERP configurations with strategic corporate governance and compliance mandates.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Enterprise Systems, or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on familiarity or professional exposure to ERP Systems, SAP, Oracle, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong project management competencies with proficiency in Jira, Asana, and structured execution tracking tools.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including data analysis, financial modeling fundamentals, and Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical system feedback into clear management recommendations.
