What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an integral pillar within our management consulting practice, specializing in the optimization of enterprise resource planning and operational strategy. Your core mission is to evaluate organizational performance metrics, diagnose structural inefficiencies, and deploy data-driven frameworks that enhance overall operational productivity, cost-efficiency, and cross-functional synergy for our esteemed corporate clientele.

What you will do

You will extract, clean, and analyze vast quantities of operational data to unearth actionable business insights that inform executive decision-making. By leveraging sophisticated business intelligence tools and ERP platforms, you will audit existing corporate workflows, architect optimized operational models, and track the progressive implementation of strategic enterprise initiatives across diverse geographic business units.

Key responsibility

• Perform deep-dive data analysis on large enterprise datasets using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI dashboards to identify operational bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate and optimize existing enterprise resource planning architectures, specifically focusing on SAP and Oracle modules to ensure seamless alignment with corporate strategy.

  Design, build, and maintain comprehensive Tableau and Power BI visual reporting suites for senior management to monitor operational efficiency metrics in real time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departmental heads to formulate strategic project management timelines, utilizing Jira and Asana to track task completion and mitigate risks.
• Conduct rigorous benchmarking studies comparing internal operational performance against top-tier global industry standards and competitors.
• Prepare comprehensive executive summary reports, presentation decks, and strategic recommendation dossiers detailing operational transformation roadmaps.

Required Qualification and Skills

Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Statistics, or Business Analytics from a recognized and accredited university. Mandatory technical expertise includes advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and hands-on operational exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle ERP modules. Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge of project management applications including Jira and Asana. Essential behavioral traits include exceptional logical reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, robust problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders with absolute clarity and precision.
