What role will you play in the team

As an Executive Recruitment Partner, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor within our HR division. What you will do

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define hiring criteria for leadership roles, lead proactive headhunting campaigns, and manage comprehensive assessment processes. You will also oversee background verification, drive employer branding initiatives, and refine recruitment strategies based on deep workforce analytics.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of intensive experience in recruitment.
• Expertise in executive search, technical, and non-IT recruitment.
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search and talent sourcing methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for handling complex compensation packages.
• Proven capability in recruitment analytics, MIS reporting, and HR operations.
