What role will you play in the team

As an Experienced Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead our specialized IT and non-IT hiring verticals. Your primary mission is to decode complex technical requisitions, source elite engineering and product talent, and build robust talent pipelines that align with our hyper-growth business objectives and technical architectural scaling needs.

What you will do

You will partner closely with engineering leads and technology directors to understand intricate skill requirements. Your day-to-day involves executing targeted headhunting strategies, conducting in-depth technical pre-screenings, evaluating coding assessments, managing offer rollouts, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibility

• Drive specialized technical recruitment campaigns for software engineering, DevOps, and data roles.
• Execute complex Boolean searches and leverage niche tech communities for talent sourcing.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with engineering managers to streamline hiring processes.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and MIS reporting to optimize time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
• 
  Facilitate comprehensive salary negotiations and execute strategic offer management workflows.
• Oversee background verification, reference checks, and seamless onboarding procedures.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy planning and workforce forecasting initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related technical field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in technical recruitment and full cycle recruiting.
• Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern software development stacks and technical terminologies.
• Superior negotiation, relationship building, and problem-solving capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, background verification, and compliance standards.
