Front Office Senior Accountant

Introduction

As a Front Office Senior Accountant Expert, you will support QuickBooks Live clients by delivering real-time guidance, building trusted relationships, and instilling confidence through accurate and reliable bookkeeping support. Leveraging advanced tools and technology, you will empower business owners by educating them on their financial records, enabling them to make informed decisions and move closer to financial freedom. As a front-line operations professional, you will help transform the way businesses manage their books by providing world-class support. 1. More than 3 years of experience in US accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses)

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform periodic US accounting for small & midsize businesses.
2. Understand and document the business requirements of various clients.
   
3. Follow client's processes & protocols strictly.
4. Support Team Leads to resolve staff accountant's queries and train new resources as and when required.
5. Complete accounts efficiently within the given time frame.
6. Manage account updates, billing inquiries, and product-related support.
7. Perform standard setups and troubleshoot expected errors.
8. Resolve discrepancies in standard workflows and customize non-standard setups.
9. Perform back-office data entry for banking, tax filing, and business workflows.
10. Support account services including billing admin, checks, supplies, payroll, and workers' compensation.
11. Handle after-hours support as required.
12. Provide lead pass, attach, and product recommendations (SER).
13. Execute serve-to-sell programs including upgrades and cross-sells.
14. Meet quotas and targets for QB ecosystem product sales.
15. Onboard customers to specific products and ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

1. Education: B.Com, BAF, M.com, Inter CA
2. Language Proficiency: English C1 language proficiency level or higher
3. Certifications: No mandatory certifications
4. Computer Proficiency:Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and related QB ecosystem products (mandatory)
5. Well-versed in using various communication tools and workflow portals
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
