Full Stack Developer (AI, Backend & ESG Data Automation)

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain scalable web applications for ESG data collection, processing and reporting using React js, and Python.
2. Develop backend services and APIs to automate ingestion of ESG data from internal systems, third party sources, and external datasets.
3. Integrate AI/ML models for ESG scoring, classification, benchmarking, and anomaly detection.
4. Design data pipelines and analytics layers to support ESG dashboards, disclosures, and compliance reporting (e.g., BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB).
5. Upgrade and enhance the ESG software platform on an ongoing basis to improve functionality, performance, and compliance with evolving standards.

6. Provide post sales support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and client specific customizations.
7. Handle maintenance and assistance services, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and smooth day to day operations.
8. Collaborate with ESG, sustainability, data, and AI teams to translate regulatory and reporting requirements into technical solutions.
9. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on the use, features, and best practices of ESG automation tools.
10. Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and user guides.
11. Write clean, modular, and well documented code; contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and deployment.

Requirements

1. 3 years of full stack development experience with strong backend skills.
2. Proficiency in React.js, and Python.
3. Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and data processing workflows.
4. Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML integrations, and RESTful APIs.
5. Exposure to ESG, sustainability, compliance, or regulatory data (preferred but not mandatory).
6. Curiosity to learn and work at the intersection of AI, ESG, sustainability, and data engineering.
