Full Stack Node.js Developer

What role will you play in the team

You will act as a core engineering contributor responsible for designing, developing, and scaling robust server-side applications and microservices. As a Full Stack Node.js Developer, you will bridge the gap between frontend interfaces and complex database architectures, ensuring high availability, rapid data processing, and secure communication protocols across all enterprise deployment pipelines.

What you will do

You will architect and build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js, design efficient relational and non-relational database schemas using MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. Additionally, you will write comprehensive unit tests, document API endpoints using GraphQL and REST standards, and collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to deliver features on schedule.

Key responsibility

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop and optimize database schemas using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for high data throughput.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using industry-standard protocols.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale cloud infrastructure and serverless functions on AWS platforms.
• Integrate frontend React components with robust backend server architectures smoothly.
• 
  Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code following Test-Driven Development principles.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to configure CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions and Git.
• Conduct thorough performance profiling, load testing, and bottleneck resolution for high-traffic endpoints.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 to 2 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in backend and full-stack development.
• Expertise in Backend Technologies including Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Strong command over Database Systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and database indexing.
• Proficiency in API Development paradigms including RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoint creation.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Strong version control capabilities using Git, GitHub, and collaborative branching workflows.
