What role will you play in the team

As a Full Stack Node.js Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust server-side architectures and dynamic client-side interfaces. You will be instrumental in driving our technical roadmap forward by building scalable web applications that handle high traffic volumes efficiently. Your ability to bridge frontend interfaces with secure backend databases ensures our digital products remain resilient, fast, and secure for thousands of daily active enterprise users.

What you will do

You will design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks while managing underlying database systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Your responsibilities include developing secure RESTful APIs, optimizing application performance, and deploying cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS. You will also write automated unit tests, ensure high code quality through rigorous peer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional product squads to deliver features on schedule.

Key responsibility

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and React.
• Architect, manage, and optimize relational and non-relational database systems including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data encryption protocols across all application layers.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure maximum code reliability and bug prevention.
  
• Utilize Git and GitHub for seamless code versioning, continuous integration, and team collaboration.
• Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and manage server resource utilization efficiently.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Extensive hands-on experience in backend technologies, specifically Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency in database systems including MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong expertise in API development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in version control workflows using Git and GitHub.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and server-side performance tuning.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills in an agile environment.
