What role will you play in the team

You will serve as a core data-driven human resources specialist responsible for transforming complex raw HR datasets into actionable insights, robust MIS reports, and predictive workforce analytics dashboards. Your analytical capabilities will empower executive leadership to make informed decisions regarding talent utilization, operational productivity, and organizational development.

What you will do

You will extract, clean, and analyze human resource metrics across various departments, build comprehensive MIS reporting frameworks, and track critical KPIs related to employee retention, operational efficiency, and HR operations. You will also partner with talent acquisition and HR business partners to evaluate recruitment analytics and streamline internal processes.

Key responsibility

• Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive MIS reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Analyze recruitment analytics to evaluate talent acquisition efficiency and sourcing channels.
• Execute workforce planning data models and track key human resource operational metrics.
• Support HR operations by providing accurate data for audits, budgeting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps using data-driven methodologies.
• Maintain data integrity across all core human resources information systems and databases.
• Present monthly and quarterly analytical insights to senior management teams.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of corporate experience focusing on HR analytics and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MIS Reporting, Recruitment Analytics, and Workforce Planning.
• Familiarity with HR Operations, Employee Engagement metrics, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong quantitative aptitude, attention to detail, and advanced Excel capabilities.
