What you will do

You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR operational workflows, oversee comprehensive background verification procedures, manage precise MIS reporting dashboards, and coordinate structured employee engagement programs. You will also collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs, audit compliance standards, and enhance overall human resource service delivery frameworks.

Key responsibility

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, policy execution, and internal employee lifecycle administration.
• Execute rigorous reference checks and background verification procedures for all incoming candidates.
• Conduct workforce planning analyses and formulate strategic headcount forecasting models.
• Generate detailed MIS reporting metrics and utilize recruitment analytics for operational improvements.
• Manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and feedback mechanism surveys.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory labor laws, internal company policies, and regulatory mandates.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of professional experience in HR operations or workforce analytics.
• Demonstrated expertise in Reference Checks, Background Verification, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning.
• Strong proficiency in Recruitment Analytics, MIS Reporting, and HR Operations management.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
