What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our investment banking division focusing on debt capital markets and leveraged finance structuring. Your core responsibility will be to support senior dealmakers by constructing dynamic financial models, evaluating debt capacity, and preparing pitch books for complex corporate restructuring and acquisition financing mandates across various global industries.

What you will do

You will actively engage in the end-to-end execution of debt and equity underwriting processes. Your day-to-day activities will involve gathering financial data from specialized terminals, running sensitivity analyses on capital structures, and coordinating with legal and advisory teams to ensure seamless deal execution while maintaining the highest accuracy standards.

Key responsibility

• Build and maintain complex LBO and debt syndication financial models using advanced Excel Macros & VBA to evaluate transaction returns.
• Conduct thorough Comparable Company Analysis and precedent transactions research utilizing Capital IQ and Dealogic platforms.
• Draft comprehensive pitch books, information memorandums, and board presentation decks detailing valuation metrics and market conditions.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators, interest rate trends, and credit spread movements using Bloomberg Terminal and Eikon.
  
• Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments and covenant analysis for high-yield debt issuances and leveraged buyouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional advisory units to streamline due diligence procedures and compile data room documentation.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline from a premier institution.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of rigorous internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or leveraged finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in Valuation Techniques, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), LBO modeling, and Comparable Company Analysis.
• Proficiency in utilizing financial data platforms including Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, Dealogic, and Eikon.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities supported by strong command over Excel Macros & VBA for automation.
• Exceptional analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure deal environments.
