What role will you play in the team

As an IT Recruitment Executive, you will serve as a core pillar of our technical talent acquisition division. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex technical hiring demands and top-tier engineering talent, playing an instrumental role in scaling our technology teams with high-caliber software professionals.

What you will do

You will focus exclusively on technical and non-technical IT hiring, partnering closely with engineering leads and CTOs to comprehend nuanced skill requirements. You will deploy advanced technical sourcing methodologies, evaluate coding competencies, handle salary negotiations, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibility

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment mandates encompassing software engineering, DevOps, data science, QA, and product management roles.
• Source niche technical talent through specialized developer communities, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Recruiter using precise Boolean searches.
• Screen resumes against technical stack requirements, project experiences, and architectural understanding before forwarding to technical panels.
• Coordinate multi-round technical interview processes including coding assessments, system design rounds, and managerial evaluations.
• Manage candidate relationships meticulously, keeping them engaged from initial pitch to final onboarding.

• Handle complex salary negotiations and compensation benchmarking based on prevailing IT industry standards and candidate expectations.
• Conduct reference checks, coordinate background verification, and ensure smooth generation and acceptance of job offers.
• Maintain comprehensive MIS reports regarding time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-effectiveness metrics for technical roles.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, Human Resources, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
• 1-2 years of specialized experience in technical recruitment, IT staffing, or volume tech hiring environments.
• In-depth understanding of diverse IT tech stacks, software development life cycles (SDLC), and technical terminology.
• Expertise in utilizing Boolean search strings, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various Indian job boards.
• Strong negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to manage difficult stakeholder expectations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of multitasking across multiple high-priority tech requisitions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced data handling in Excel for HR analytics.
