What you will do

Your responsibilities include parsing complex technical resumes, conducting preliminary technical screenings, coordinating multi-stage coding interviews, managing candidate pipelines within the ATS, and driving high-touch candidate engagement from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Key responsibility

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of focused experience in technical recruitment and IT hiring environments.
• In-depth understanding of diverse technology stacks, software development roles, and IT terminology.
