Junior Associate Product Manager - Growth & Roadmapping

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal foundational role in our core product management division, driving the ideation, execution, and scaling of consumer-facing features. Operating closely with senior product leaders, UX designers, and agile engineering squads, you will bridge the gap between user needs and technical deliverables, ensuring our roadmap aligns with overarching business expansion targets and metrics.

What you will do

You will meticulously manage the product backlog, write comprehensive user stories, and track feature adoption metrics using advanced analytics platforms. Your day-to-day duties involve coordinating sprint planning sessions, gathering user feedback through targeted surveys, conducting rigorous usability testing sessions, and transforming raw data insights into actionable product requirements.

Key responsibility

• Define clear, concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and maintain the dynamic feature backlog using Jira and Roadmapping Software.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams via Scrum and Kanban frameworks to unblock development hurdles and ensure timely feature releases.
• Analyze user behavior metrics using Google Analytics and Mixpanel to identify drop-off points and prioritize high-impact feature enhancements.
• 
  Synthesize qualitative insights from Customer Feedback Tools and UsabilityHub sessions into actionable UI/UX improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, and customer success to align product launches with go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.
• 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in product management, agile delivery, or digital feature experimentation.
• Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Jira, Trello, Aha!, and Roadmapping Software for sprint tracking and feature prioritization.
• Strong working knowledge of data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
• Familiarity with UX wireframing and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex business metrics into structured technical specifications.

A Day in the Life

Your typical workday begins by reviewing overnight product analytics dashboards in Google Analytics and Mixpanel to monitor recent feature adoption rates. You then lead a daily stand-up meeting with the engineering and QA squads using Jira to address blockers. The afternoon is spent synthesizing user feedback from Hotjar sessions, updating our product roadmap in Aha!, and collaborating with the Figma design team on upcoming wireframes.
