Junior Data Visualization Developer

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Data Visualization Developer, you will act as a vital bridge between complex statistical data pipelines and executive stakeholders. Your role involves transforming raw multidimensional datasets into intuitive, interactive, and actionable business intelligence dashboards that empower senior management to make data-driven strategic decisions rapidly.

What you will do

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reporting dashboards using industry-leading visualization platforms. Your day-to-day work requires extracting data through complex SQL queries, transforming data structures via ETL tools, and crafting visually compelling UI/UX layouts in Tableau and Power BI that highlight key performance indicators clearly.

Key responsibility

• Develop comprehensive interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio for executive stakeholders.
• Write highly optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views to extract clean data from PostgreSQL and MySQL repositories.
• Design and implement efficient ETL workflows using Talend and Informatica to automate continuous data ingestion and transformation.
• 
  Collaborate with data science teams to translate advanced predictive analytics outputs into easily digestible business metrics and visual charts.
• Perform rigorous data auditing, validation, and quality control checks to ensure 100% accuracy across all enterprise visual reports.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data lineage, dashboard architecture, metric definitions, and user access control lists.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven professional or project-based proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
• Strong command of database management systems and advanced SQL scripting for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with ETL integration tools such as Talend, Informatica, and Apache Nifi for seamless data pipeline construction.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star schemas, and visual design best practices.
