What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Enterprise Process Reengineering and Workflow Optimization Specialist, you will be instrumental in analyzing existing operational bottlenecks and redesigning business processes for our top-tier corporate clients. Your analytical rigor and process mapping expertise will help organizations eliminate inefficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and implement streamlined digital workflows that drive tangible operational excellence and cost savings.

What you will do

You will work directly with senior management consultants to conduct comprehensive current-state operational assessments, conduct stakeholder interviews, and document end-to-end business workflows. Utilizing enterprise mapping tools, you will design future-state process architectures and collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption across client organizations.

Key responsibility

• Conduct exhaustive operational audits and workflow walkthroughs across various client business units to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
• Develop detailed current-state and future-state process maps using advanced visualization and process modeling software.
• Analyze quantitative operational data to measure cycle times, throughput rates, and resource utilization metrics.
• Draft comprehensive business requirements documents and standard operating procedures to guide enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with client stakeholders to validate process changes and secure organizational buy-in.
• Monitor post-implementation performance metrics to evaluate the success and sustainability of workflow optimizations.

Required Qualification and Skills

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Operations Research, or a related discipline. This is an entry-level position requiring 0 to 1 year of internship or professional experience in process improvement, business analysis, or management consulting. Mandatory technical skills include Process Mapping, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and Data Analysis. Familiarity with ERP Systems, SAP, Jira, and Asana will be considered a distinct advantage. Strong analytical thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex operational concepts are vital.

A Day in the Life

Your day starts with analyzing operational throughput data gathered from client systems during the previous week. You will then spend a couple of hours leading a process-mapping workshop with departmental leads to document customer onboarding bottlenecks. In the afternoon, you will update Visio flowcharts, draft recommendations in Excel, and prepare a summary report for the project director ahead of the weekly client steering committee meeting.
