Junior ETL And Enterprise Data Integration Specialist

What role will you play in the team

You will serve as an integral part of our data engineering division, focusing on building, executing, and optimizing enterprise-grade ETL pipelines. Your primary focus will be extracting, transforming, and loading high-volume datasets from disparate operational databases into centralized enterprise data warehouses using industry-standard integration tools.

What you will do

You will design complex data integration workflows, write optimized SQL queries for data transformation, and configure automated scheduling scripts using tools like Talend, Informatica, and Apache Nifi. You will also validate data integrity across staging and production environments to ensure flawless reporting feeds.

Key responsibility

• Develop, test, and deploy robust ETL and ELT data pipelines using Informatica, Talend, and Apache Nifi frameworks.
• Write highly complex, optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for relational database management systems.
• Perform comprehensive data profiling, cleansing, and validation checks to maintain high standards of enterprise data quality.
• Integrate data from multiple cloud and on-premise sources including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB repositories.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation of data lineage, pipeline mappings, transformation logic, and scheduling dependencies.
• Work closely with database administrators and analytics teams to troubleshoot data loading failures and performance lags.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or an equivalent technical field.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Apache Nifi.
• Strong command of SQL, relational database concepts, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and database management systems.
• Basic programming experience in Python or R for scripting custom data transformation routines.
• Familiarity with data warehousing methodologies, dimensional modeling, and star schema design principles.
• Keen attention to detail with exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational capabilities.
