Junior Product Manager - Adobe XD Prototyping And Google Analytics

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Manager at our esteemed client organization, you will play a foundational role in bridging the gap between business objectives, user experience, and technical execution. You will directly manage the product backlog, collaborate with UI/UX designers utilizing Adobe XD, and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics to drive digital feature enhancements.

What you will do

You will execute day-to-day product lifecycle tasks, write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering teams during sprint planning and daily standups. You will run usability tests, monitor conversion funnels via Google Analytics, and create high-fidelity user interface wireframes to solve complex customer pain points effectively.

Key responsibility

• Translate high-level product strategies into actionable, well-documented user stories and engineering tasks using Jira and Confluence tracking systems.
• Design intuitive user interface wireframes, interactive user flows, and click-through mockups leveraging Adobe XD to validate core interaction patterns.
• Track, measure, and analyze customer usage metrics and drop-off rates daily through Google Analytics and Mixpanel dashboards to uncover actionable insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional release cycles, manage sprint backlog grooming sessions, and resolve impediments blocking the engineering development teams.
• Conduct continuous user interviews, gather structured customer feedback via SurveyMonkey, and synthesize qualitative insights into prioritized product features.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related analytical field of study.
• 0 to 1 years of hands-on professional experience in digital product management, software requirement specification writing, or UX design.
• Demonstrated practical expertise using Adobe XD for wireframing, component libraries, and interactive prototyping workflows.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for tracking user acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban boards, and tracking tools like Jira and Trello.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong analytical aptitude and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
