What role will you play in the team
You will serve as a foundational pillar within our core product management division, driving the execution of feature lifecycles from ideation to deployment. Your primary focus will involve close collaboration with cross-functional engineering and design squads to ensure seamless sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and rigorous alignment with overarching company strategic objectives and key quarterly deliverables.
What you will do
You will actively manage and refine the product backlog, write comprehensive user stories with precise acceptance criteria, and facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions. Additionally, you will coordinate user feedback loops, analyze feature adoption metrics using analytical tools, and translate complex business requirements into actionable, developer-ready tasks while maintaining clear documentation.
Key responsibility
- Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog continuously based on shifting business value and stakeholder feedback.
- Draft unambiguous, detailed user stories accompanied by robust acceptance criteria for engineering sprints.
- Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and user flows before development begins.
- Track sprint velocities, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively clear blockers for the engineering team.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user feedback to drive iterative feature enhancements and bug fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and release notes for all upcoming deployments.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in product management, agile delivery, or software feature coordination.
- Proficiency in utilizing Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban boards, and project management platforms like Jira and Trello.
- Basic familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze user behavior data using product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong aptitude for cross-functional stakeholder management.

A Day in the Life
Your day typically begins by reviewing overnight sprint progress and attending the daily stand-up with engineering leads. You will spend the morning grooming backlog items and refining user stories in Jira. In the afternoon, you will collaborate with the design team on Figma wireframes, analyze recent Mixpanel retention cohorts, and align with stakeholders on upcoming release scopes.
