Junior Product Manager - Agile & Roadmapping

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in driving our core product lines from conception to launch. Working closely with cross-functional engineering, design, and QA teams, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our product roadmap aligns perfectly with customer needs and market demands in the fast-paced Indian tech ecosystem.

What you will do

You will actively manage the product backlog, write comprehensive user stories, and prioritize feature releases using data-driven insights. Your day will involve conducting user research, analyzing product metrics via Mixpanel, and facilitating agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint planning to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key responsibility

• Define and articulate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned modules using tools like Aha! and ProductPlan.
• Collaborate daily with software engineering and UX design teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation, wireframing, prototyping in Figma, through to testing, deployment, and post-launch evaluation.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• 
  Gather continuous customer feedback through surveys, Hotjar sessions, and user interviews to iteratively improve product features.
• Coordinate release notes, product launch documentation, and internal training sessions for customer success and sales teams.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in product management, agile execution, or digital product ownership.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, Kanban boards, and tracking tools like Jira and Trello.
• Basic design competency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong analytical mindset with foundational knowledge of product analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Demonstrated passion for user-centric design, problem-solving, and continuous learning in software development lifecycles.
