Junior Product Manager

What role will you play in the team

You will play a foundational role in our core Product Management team, bridging the gap between business objectives, user needs, and engineering execution. As a Junior Product Manager, you will take ownership of specific product modules, collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions that directly drive user engagement, retention, and overall business growth.

What you will do

You will actively participate in the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. Your daily activities will include gathering user feedback, writing detailed product requirement documents, defining user stories, and prioritizing features using agile methodologies. You will also track product metrics and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of robust product features.

Key responsibility

• Define and document comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories for new feature rollouts.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams using Agile Methodologies and Scrum frameworks to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
• Manage and organize the product backlog efficiently using Jira, prioritizing tasks based on user impact and business value.
• Conduct rigorous usability testing and analyze quantitative data using Mixpanel and Google Analytics to uncover product improvement opportunities.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma.
  
• Establish clear cross-functional communication channels to align marketing, sales, and customer success teams with product release schedules.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to evaluate feature adoption and iterate on future product roadmaps.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 year of practical experience in product management, software development, or digital project coordination.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with design and wireframing platforms like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for collaborative prototyping.
• Basic proficiency in product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for tracking user behavior.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins with a quick daily standup meeting with the engineering team using Scrum methodologies to review progress on current sprints in Jira. You then spend time analyzing user drop-off rates in Mixpanel, followed by a collaborative wireframing session in Figma with the design team to refine an upcoming feature. In the afternoon, you synthesize customer feedback from surveys and finalize a Product Requirement Document for stakeholder review.
