Junior Product Manager

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Manager, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our engineering teams, design squads, and key stakeholders. You will actively collaborate to define product roadmaps, translate complex user requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure our digital offerings seamlessly align with overarching business goals and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

You will drive the daily execution of product sprints by leveraging Agile Methodologies and Scrum frameworks. Your core duties will involve writing comprehensive PRDs, prioritizing backlogs in Jira, coordinating bug-fixing cycles, conducting competitive analysis, and tracking core product metrics using Mixpanel to continuously optimize the user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibility

• Collaborate closely with UX designers to develop intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Manage and groom the product backlog daily using Jira, ensuring all user stories are well-defined and acceptance criteria are crystal clear.
• Analyze user behavior and drop-off rates using Mixpanel and Google Analytics to data-inform upcoming feature releases.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings following strict Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Gather direct customer feedback via Hotjar and UsabilityHub to identify pain points and iteratively improve product usability.
  
• Maintain and update product roadmapping software like Aha! to keep executive stakeholders informed of release timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities involving marketing, sales, and customer success teams for new feature rollouts.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
• 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in product management, software development, or digital project coordination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and task tracking tools like Jira.
• Working knowledge of design and wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD to articulate product requirements visually.
• Strong analytical mindset with foundational experience in product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Familiarity with customer feedback collection platforms including Hotjar, SurveyMonkey, or UsabilityHub.
