What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Manager focusing on CRM Workflows and Enterprise Solutions, you will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders, sales operations, and engineering teams. Your primary objective will be translating complex customer relationship management needs into structured product backlogs, clear user stories, and execution roadmaps that drive enterprise efficiency and seamless system integrations across organizational boundaries.

What you will do

You will actively collaborate with enterprise clients and internal revenue teams to capture feature requirements, prioritize enhancement backlogs, and define acceptance criteria. By leveraging deep product discovery techniques and analyzing user interaction data, you will spearhead initiatives that optimize Salesforce and HubSpot modules, ensuring high user adoption rates, minimal workflow friction, and continuous value delivery aligned with corporate strategic objectives.

Key responsibility

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM-integrated feature modules, from initial ideation through to final deployment and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Write comprehensive, unambiguous user stories and acceptance criteria while maintaining a deeply prioritized product backlog using Jira and Confluence.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and retrospective reviews to maintain optimal engineering velocity.
• Partner closely with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma for complex multi-step enterprise workflows.
  
• Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deployed code releases precisely match business requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market strategies, release notes, and internal training documentation for new CRM feature rollouts.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in product management, business systems analysis, or enterprise software configuration.
• Strong foundational knowledge and practical familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Kanban board management.
• Hands-on experience utilizing project management and issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, and Monday.com for tracking deliverables.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM ecosystems specifically Salesforce and HubSpot administration, custom object configuration, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups.
