Junior Product Manager - Figma Prototyping And Mixpanel Analytics

What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our core product offerings by bridging the gap between user experience and data-driven insights. Operating at the intersection of design and user behavior, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, data engineers, and software development squads to conceptualize, test, and ship highly engaging feature releases that directly improve our key SaaS engagement metrics.

What you will do

You will actively drive feature ideation, construct detailed wireframes and high-fidelity interactive mockups using Figma, and analyze user engagement patterns through Mixpanel and Amplitude dashboards. Your daily activities will involve translating ambiguous user feedback into structured product backlogs, defining precise acceptance criteria for engineering sprints, and monitoring post-launch feature performance against established OKRs.

Key responsibility

• Design, iterate, and validate user interface workflows using advanced Figma and wireframing toolsets to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Track, aggregate, and evaluate behavioral data using Mixpanel and Amplitude to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and prioritize the Agile product backlog, writing comprehensive user stories and managing sprint planning sessions.
• Synthesize customer feedback gathered via Hotjar and UsabilityHub into actionable product improvements and design iterations.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product feature rollouts and launches.
• Conduct exhaustive competitive benchmarking and market research to discover unmet user needs and feature gaps within the industry.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, or a related analytical field from a recognized university.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Figma, wireframing frameworks, and product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Solid foundational understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and Jira backlog management practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex data insights clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of translating qualitative user feedback and quantitative metrics into structured product requirements.
