Junior Product Manager - Wireframing And Agile Roadmapping

What role will you play in the team

As a Junior Product Manager focused on wireframing and agile roadmapping, you will serve as the bridge between design, engineering, and stakeholders. You will shape intuitive digital products from conception to delivery by defining clear product specifications, managing sprint backlogs, and translating user needs into functional workflows. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure timely feature releases and continuous alignment with the company's overarching strategic vision and market demands.

What you will do

You will actively design low and high-fidelity wireframes, establish interactive prototypes, and orchestrate sprint planning sessions using industry-standard tools. Your daily routine will involve gathering customer feedback, analyzing product metrics, prioritizing feature backlogs, and writing meticulous user stories. By maintaining the product roadmap, you will track development progress, mitigate delivery roadblocks, and drive continuous iteration based on quantitative analytics and qualitative user research insights.

Key responsibility

• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps using roadmapping software to outline upcoming feature releases and strategic milestones.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder reviews.
• Manage and groom the product backlog in Jira and Trello, writing concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers and software engineers to ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.
• 
  Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics using Google Analytics and Mixpanel to identify optimization areas.
• Synthesize customer feedback from surveys and usability testing sessions into actionable product improvement tasks.

Required Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Design, or a related technical field of study.
0 to 1 years of hands-on experience in product management, agile delivery, or digital product design roles.
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
Strong working knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Kanban boards.
Experience with project management software including Jira, Trello, and Monday.com.
Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for user experience detail and systematic problem-solving capability.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by reviewing sprint progress on Jira and leading the daily stand-up with engineering teams. Afterward, you spend a few hours in Figma refining wireframes for an upcoming feature release based on recent user feedback collected via Hotjar. In the afternoon, you analyze retention metrics on Mixpanel, update the product roadmap in Aha!, and collaborate with the QA team to verify bug fixes before deployment.
