What role will you play in the team

You will play a vital part in our core software development engineering squad, taking charge of building responsive, high-performance web user interfaces. Your primary objective will be bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking active ownership of component design, interactive state management using Redux, and ensuring seamless API integration across multiple web applications deployed for enterprise users in India.

What you will do

You will actively design, write, test, and maintain robust client-side codebases using modern JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3. You will collaborate directly with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product owners to translate complex business workflows into elegant, lightning-fast user interactions while strictly adhering to internal coding standards, performance optimization benchmarks, and accessibility guidelines.

Key responsibility

• Develop modern, modular, and reusable React functional components using React hooks, JSX, and ES6+ JavaScript standards.
• Implement efficient global and local state management solutions leveraging Redux Toolkit, Context API, and asynchronous middleware.
• Integrate frontend applications with complex RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints using Axios and Fetch APIs with proper error handling.
  
• Optimize frontend assets, bundle sizes, rendering cycles, and memory leaks to guarantee sub-second load times across all supported browsers.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and integration test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress to maintain high test coverage.
• Participate actively in daily agile stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, code reviews, and architectural refinement meetings with senior engineers.
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, feature branch creation, pull request workflows, and resolving complex merge conflicts efficiently.

Required Qualification and Skills

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline with zero to one year of hands-on professional or internship experience. Essential technical proficiencies include advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Frameworks, React, Version Control Systems, Git, GitHub, RESTful APIs. Must demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail for pixel-perfect UI execution, ability to work independently in a fast-paced agile environment, understanding of responsive design principles, and eagerness to adopt emerging web development paradigms rapidly.

A Day in the Life

Your day begins by reviewing open GitHub pull requests from peer developers and attending the morning agile stand-up to share daily objectives. You will spend the bulk of your morning writing React components and configuring Redux slices for an upcoming product feature. Post-lunch, you will debug a rendering performance bottleneck using browser developer tools, collaborate with a backend engineer to map out a new API payload structure, and conclude your day by pushing your committed code changes to the remote repository.
