Junior ReactJS Developer - UI Enhancement Team

What role will you play in the team: As a Junior ReactJS Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user interface of our flagship software platform. You'll collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to implement new features, optimize existing code, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will be focusing on front-end development within the IT department.

What you will do: You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code using ReactJS and related technologies. This involves translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the overall improvement of our codebase. Your daily tasks will also include troubleshooting and debugging existing UI components. You will need to work in a team environment using tools such as Jira and GitHub to manage the work.

Key responsibility:

• Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web browsers and devices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• 
  Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
• Write unit tests to ensure code reliability.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and npm.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles.
