What role will you play in the team

You will play a pivotal role in our human resources department by driving end-to-end recruitment life cycles. As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary mission is to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding business units, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do

You will actively partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and execute targeted candidate sourcing strategies using Boolean search and professional networking platforms. Additionally, you will conduct initial resume screening, coordinate multi-round interviews, manage applicant tracking systems, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.

Key responsibility

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various corporate positions.
• Perform active candidate sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system records accurately.
• Manage candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Facilitate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-boarding formalities.
  
• Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives and bulk hiring events.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving workforce planning needs.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and Boolean search.
• Strong understanding of interview coordination and scheduling processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective employer branding.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
• High proficiency in time management, organizational skills, and multi-tasking.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for human resources operations.
